Delete my account
You have the option to remove your account through the Kangaroo propane mobile application.
Prior to account deletion, you will be asked to provide any feedback you have for us, this will help us to improve our customer services. If you face any difficulties in processing your request for account deletion please reach out to us at info@kangaroopropane.com
1. Login into the Kangaroo propane mobile application.
2. Navigate to “Profile Tab” and then proceed to “Delete Account.”
3. Describe the reason to delete. But it is optional.
4. And then tap on “Delete my account now”.
5. And then tap on “Yes” on the confirmation popup to delete the account.
Once you’ve successfully completed the aforementioned processes, your account will promptly go offline, and it will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Please be aware that any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be forfeited during this process.
